Measurement Form

Below you will find our downloadable MEASUREMENT FORM used for your custom garment. Because our garments are tailored to you, it is imperative that you have measurements completed by a trusted seamstress or tailor to ensure proper fit. We do offer fittings and measurements in-store and on-site when we are at conference vending locations.

When measurements are completed by someone other than our staff, any alterations or adjustments needed are your responsibility. There is a video below that provides instructions on how to complete CHOIR robe measurements. There are a few more measurents needed when ordering a clergy robe.
